Transparent data and recommendations

Know where each fact comes from and why a tender received its score.

Tendivo connects public sources with your company profile. Source facts, company claims and recommendations remain clearly separated.

CEJN

Montenegrin electronic public procurement

Tender notices, buyers, deadlines, CPV codes, values, statuses, documents and recorded amendments.

CRPS / IRMS

Central Register of Business Entities

Publicly available facts about company identity, status, registered activity and related public information.

How the score is produced

The system compares CPV areas, product and service descriptions, value range, geography, preferred buyers and known company constraints with the data for a specific tender.

The result shows positive reasons, blockers, unknown information, signal coverage and the version of the rules used for scoring.

When information is incomplete

Missing information is not automatically a negative signal. If there are not enough comparable facts, the application says that the information is insufficient for a reliable score and identifies what should be added.

Revisions and freshness

Source identifiers and relevant revisions are retained so it is possible to determine which version of a tender or company fact supported a recommendation. The date last observed is shown where it matters for the decision.

Your responsibility

Scores and AI analysis support your review. Before submitting a bid, always verify the current tender documents, amendments, official conditions and company evidence.
