Tendivo is the name of the service. For questions about its use, contact info@tendivo.me.

The platform helps organisations discover, rank, analyse and organise work on public procurement opportunities. Features include public-source data, a company profile, recommendations and AI assistance where available.

Users must provide accurate information, protect access credentials and use the platform only within their authority in the organisation. Account sharing and attempts to access another organisation’s data are prohibited.

Scores, recommendations, summaries, checklists and drafts provide assistance. They are not legal advice, confirmation of eligibility, automatic submission or a guarantee of success in a tender.

The user is responsible for checking the current tender documents, amendments, deadlines, requirements and final bid content before submission.

AI output may contain errors or incomplete conclusions. An authorised person must review each document draft. Users may not use AI features to submit bids automatically without human oversight.

The standard trial lasts 14 days. Continued use of a paid plan is arranged by invoice and bank transfer. Card payments are not offered.

Prices and included features depend on the selected plan. Business terms are set through an individual proposal.

Users may not disrupt the system, bypass security controls, perform automated bulk extraction, misuse public sources, introduce malicious content or use the platform contrary to law or the rights of others.

The availability and completeness of CEJN, CRPS and other public data depend on their official systems. The platform seeks to preserve source identifiers and revisions but cannot guarantee continuous availability of an external source.

The service may change for security, compliance, improvement or public-source changes. Users will be notified appropriately about material changes to these terms.
