• account information, email address, organisation, role and session security data;
• company profile, products, services, interests and business constraints entered by the user;
• publicly available CEJN and CRPS facts required for product features;
• saved opportunities, feedback, notifications and business decision history;
• company documents that users add to the private library;
• technical records required for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

We use data for authentication, organisation management, tender ranking, explanations, notifications, document analysis, customer support, security and improving service reliability.

The private profile and documents of one organisation are not available to another. Access is verified server-side, and private documents and derived data remain associated with the organisation that owns them.

Private documents are not used for global model training without the organisation’s explicit permission.

CEJN and CRPS data comes from publicly available official sources. Only data needed for product features is collected, with provenance and observation time retained. Unnecessary high-risk identifiers of natural persons are not retained.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, maintain security and resolve disputes. A user may request deletion of an account or organisational data, subject to legal requirements and security records.

We use technically necessary session data for authentication and account protection. On the public website, Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies, for visit statistics. Google processes visit and device information, including the IP address used to connect. Analytics does not load in private areas of the platform. We do not send form contents, private documents or AI conversations as analytics events. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days and can be changed using Cookie settings. Disabling analytics deletes its cookies and reloads the page. We do not use ad personalization or Google Signals.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy of your data, and object to certain processing activities.
