Questions and answers

What you want to know before getting started.

How to get access, what AI can do and how your company data stays separate. Clear answers in one place.

Access and plans

How do I get access to the platform?

Request trial access through the contact form. An administrator creates your account and provides a single-use password setup invitation. Then enter and confirm your company profile.

How does the trial work?

Send a request and we will agree on a package and activate your trial. It normally lasts 14 days, with the agreed limits visible in your account. After expiry, access pauses and your data is retained. We activate continued use after agreeing on a paid plan.

How do I pay for a subscription?

After the trial, your chosen plan is activated through an invoice and bank transfer. Card payments are not part of the process.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade in coordination with support, with the change applied to the next billing period.

How are AI allowances counted?

A question provides an answer with tender sources. An analysis extracts requirements or compares document versions. Monthly AI quotas share the account allowance; large requests and repeated attempts can exhaust it before the counts shown on the plan. All Business companies share the quotas and allowance. When a limit is reached, further AI processing stops without an automatic extra charge. Manual editing and saving do not use AI quotas.

What does AI bid preparation include?

One new package is a set of draft documents for one bid, not a single document or AI question. Pro includes 10 new packages and 100 AI text edits in the editor per month. An edit counts when AI attempts to propose a change; accepting or discarding it does not use another unit. Generating or regenerating individual drafts has a separate limit: up to 80 AI attempts for Pro or 240 for Business per month, including failed attempts. The Business new-package count is agreed separately, with up to 300 AI edits per month.

Does AI data extraction restrict how many company documents I can upload?

No. AI data extraction identifies references, licences and certificates in uploaded company documents: up to 10 processing runs for Plus, 20 for Pro and 60 for Business per month. Tender analyses have a separate quota and cover requirements and changes in tender documentation. A new version or repeated AI processing of a company document uses another unit. One run covers up to 40 passages; the rest remains available for search and manual review. After the AI quota is exhausted, you can still upload and use documents within your plan's storage allowance without an automatic extra charge.

Using the platform

Does the demo show real tenders and AI answers?

The demo uses three fictional tenders and two plans. It includes the dashboard, bids, documents and other main platform pages. Chat offers four prepared questions and answers for each tender or all tenders. It does not access an account, private documents, CEJN or an AI model, and uses no AI quota. All demo changes and conversations are discarded on close.

What do I need to get started?

After account activation, enter your company's activities, products, services, CPV categories and business range. You can link basic public information through a CRPS URL or enter it manually. You can update the profile later.

How do opportunities differ from procurement plans?

Opportunities show published procedures you can analyse. Plans show intended purchases and help you prepare earlier; they are not open calls for bids themselves.

Can I verify an AI answer?

Factual answers are tied to source excerpts. Open the citation and check the context. If evidence is insufficient, the system should identify the missing information. You always perform the final review.

Which plan supports multiple users or companies?

Start, Plus and Pro each include one user and one company profile. Business supports multiple users and companies, with agreed shared allowances and separate private documents for each company.

Data and responsibility

Who can see my company’s private documents?

Private documents and evidence belong to the selected organization and are available to authorized members. Another company cannot use them in its answers. Platform administrator status alone does not grant access to their content without organization membership.

How do I verify information and AI conclusions?

For factual AI answers, check the cited document, page and specific source version. Unknown or ambiguous requirements need further review. Confirm final terms and deadlines in the official documentation.

Does Tendivo submit a bid for me?

No. Tendivo supports discovery, analysis, organisation and drafting. You review the final documents and submit your bid through the prescribed procedure.
